Frozen Graphene Expands Internationally - Begins Operations in Dubai, UAE

The journey of Frozen Graphene began in 2012 under the name Turvallisuustaito in Finland. Turvallisuustaito operated successfully for 10 years until the owner and sole proprietor, Anne Ruokonen, retired and sold the business to Perttu Sarkkinen and Katri Sarkkinen. 

Since then, Frozen Graphene has enjoyed steady growth, built on a solid foundation of independent, high-quality security consulting services. Our team has solved highly complex client challenges across the defense, healthcare, education, manufacturing, and public sector verticals.

We are now proud to announce that we are expanding our business into international markets. Frozen Graphene is fully licensed and certified to offer Security Consulting and Security Systems Auditing Services across the entire United Arab Emirates.

We will continue our successful security consulting operations in Finland under the leadership of Katri Sarkkinen. Our trusted consultant and security expert, Katariina Correia, has been invited to join the Board of Directors to support Katri in the company’s leadership and direction.

Our Founder and President, Perttu Sarkkinen, will relocate to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where he will continue to oversee the global direction of the companies as Global Chairman of the Board. Additionally, Perttu will serve as Director of our local company in the UAE, personally guiding the company’s growth and expansion in the region.
